  • Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance. Existing clients are encouraged to rebook at the end of their appointment to secure their preferred time. If you’re a new client, we suggest booking at least two weeks ahead, especially with our expert and senior stylists as they are often fully booked.

    We do occasionally have same-day availability due to cancellations, so you’re always welcome to check online or call the salon during opening hours.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee of $30 for cut services and $100 for colour services.

    No-shows will incur a 50% service fee, which must be paid before any future bookings can be made. If this remains unpaid, we won’t be able to accept further appointments.

  • Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless advised otherwise, and aim to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. We love when you bring inspiration photos if you have a specific look in mind, and allow enough time for your service so we can achieve the best result.

    If you are running late, please call or message the salon as soon as possible so we can advise you and adjust your booking where necessary.

    We kindly ask that you attend with a maximum of one guest unless this has been arranged with our team prior to your appointment. If you’re unsure about anything, your stylist will guide you during your visit.

  • Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your hair, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can note your concerns.

    We will then arrange a time to review your concerns within 7 days, depending on stylist availability. In some cases, this may be slightly longer or with another stylist. All adjustments are carried out during business hours.

    Please note, complimentary adjustments apply where the result does not align with the original consultation. Changes due to a change of mind or new preferences may incur an additional cost.

  • After your appointment, we recommend rebooking your next visit before you leave to keep your hair looking its best.

    At home, follow your stylist’s aftercare advice, including using recommended professional products anbewteenaining a suitable washing and styling routine.

    This routine will help protect your hair health and extend your salon results.

    Our Expert Stylists represent the highest level of experience within our team, with over 10+ years in the industry. They are highly sought after for their advanced techniques, precision, and specialist knowledge.

  • We’re happy to provide a price guide at the time of booking, particularly for new clients or if you’re changing your usual service, so you have an estimate of your appointment cost. For a more detailed and personalised quote, a consultation can be arranged prior to your appointment.

    We offer tiered pricing to provide flexibility across both budget and stylist choice. Our entire team is amazing at what they do and their pricing is a great reflection of experience and confidence.

    Please note that we do not offer discounted pricing for seniors or for disability support.

  • We require a deposit for all new clients, as well as for existing clients who have previously missed an appointment or cancelled without sufficient notice. This helps us manage our stylists’ time, as their schedules are often fully booked.

    For your convenience, all online bookings will automatically require a deposit to secure the appointment.

    Your deposit is fully credited toward your service on the day of your appointment. However, in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
