    Celebrate your special day with us.
    By entering your date of birth in your client profile, you’ll unlock an exclusive birthday treat:

    A complimentary NAK treatment with any basin or colour service.

    Reward is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

    Must be redeemed with an eligible service.

Terms & Conditions

  • Club Jane Membership is complimentary and available to all clients who opt in.

  • Clients earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible services and retail purchases.

  • Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

  • Points do not accrue on gift card purchases, gratuities, or discounted/promotional services unless otherwise stated.

  • Rewards must be redeemed within 3 months of reaching the required points. Only one reward may be redeemed per visit.

  • Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  • Bonus birthday rewards. DOB must be entered into client information. Receive a complementary Nak treatments with any basin or colour service. 30 days expiry from date of issue

Rewards & Redemption

  • Rewards are unlocked when members reach each tier within a 12-month period.

  • Rewards are processed quarterly on the 1st of March, June, September, and December.

  • VIP Access: Elite and Signature members receive exclusive invitations to VIP sales and offers.

Program Management

  • Loyalty points expire 12 months from the date of enrolment and do not carry over.

  • All tiers reset annually; members must re-qualify each year.

  • Lady Jane Hair reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the program, including tiers and benefits, at any time without notice.

Privacy & Data Protection

Lady Jane Hair collects personal information such as name, contact details, and purchase history to manage loyalty accounts. This information is never sold or shared, except as required by law or for program management by Your Salon Support (YSS), our loyalty platform provider.
By joining the program, members authorise Lady Jane Hair to send communications by email, SMS, or push notifications related to rewards, promotions, and salon news. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe options provided or by contacting Lady Jane Hair directly.
