Salon etiquette

We want coming to the salon to be a relaxing experience, so we ask that you avoid being late to your appointment. In return we will always try to inform you prior to your appointment if we are running behind.

Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking or life happens. We kindly request 48 hours notice so that we can offer the time slot to another client.

Failure to provide us with timely notification or a missed appointment, we will ask that you cover 50% of your missed scheduled appointment + prepayment of future bookings if you wish to visit our salon in the future.
